Terms Of Service
Reading this is needed before asking for a slot, ignoring this list will be considered in case of canceling or rule braking.
[1] - Age Rule

° Before asking for a lewd [nsfw] slot, you need to send a proof of your age. That also includes YCH's!
Refusing this order will be considered to blacklisting to avoid minors. I need to make clear that if i find out your proof is fake [made with AI or just someone else documents], no refund will be made.
°Accepted documents include: an ID card or driver's license (though a driver's license may still be rejected due to laws in certain locations that allow minors to have one), or another authentic document that shows your age and is widely recognized—meaning it is also used in other countries.
[2] - No AI or Comercial Use of my art..
°Your commission still my art that i can use as a portifolio, never use it on AI or for comercial selling [in case of comercial selling please make sure to let me know first so we can find out something to do].
[3] - Deadline.
°Sometimes there will not be a fixed deadline for me to finish! I struggle with depression and constantly need to take breaks, so the estimated completion dates won't always match those of other commissions. However, there will always be updates.
[4] - Refund.
°Due to my location, any commission payments made in currencies other than BRL cannot be refunded. Since I reside in Brazil, any non-BRL amount represents a significant value, meaning I would have to refund a large sum in many cases. If you decide to cancel, please let me know before making the payment [in the case of holds].
[5] - Commission Changes.
°Any changes made after the coloring will be added a extra fee, even if you have paid before. Rendering take days to finish so i ask you to make sure what you want before asking for a slot, send me a lot of references that i can use and make more clear as possible.
[6] - DNI [Do Not Interact].
°Not doing commissions for these people: Babyfurs, Zoophiles, Pokephiles [people who likes Pokemon X Humans], Anti-LGBTQRPN+, M.A.G.A.S., Extremely religious people [please do not ask me for religious art]. Cub Enjoyers, A.I. artists, Shota/Loli enjoyers, any hate group.these people will be blacklisted if i found out about it, if they manege to ask me a commission there will be no refund.
[7] - Lewd Denied.
°Please do not ask me to make hyper-realistic animal genitals. That cannot include knots in some cases [depending on how you want it to looks like, but can be denied anyways].
